Depending on which patch you manage to get, we’ve made it using linocut printing, screen printing, or pigment printing. All newer patches are printed exclusively on organic cotton. This means there are no harmful substances in the fabric itself.
To keep your fabric and print looking great for as long as possible, please keep the following in mind when washing and ironing:
- Wash cold or at max. 30 °C
- Turn inside out before washing
(use a gentle machine-wash cycle) - Use a mild, phosphate-free detergent
- Do not bleach or use aggressive stain removers
- Do not tumble dry – air drying is best
- Do not iron directly over the print – turn inside out / iron from the reverse side Setting: Cotton (150–180 °C)
Don’t worry: your print won’t be ruined if the patch accidentally ends up in the dryer or is washed with a harsh detergent. However, the layers of color may gradually wear down, which can cause the colors to become less vibrant over time.
✦ The gentler the washing,
the longer the print will last. ✦
